We offer a complete package including site work, excavation, renovation and new construction. We also provide project management services.
Kawartha Capitals’ management, supervisory and estimating staff brings an average of 25 yrs experience in the construction industry to each project. This knowledge and experience delivers a smooth and productive project from the planning stage to completion.
Kawartha Capital is backed by a dedicated team of over a 100 employees, many who are long term. All employees have current training and are equipped with late model equipment that results in a quality project that is completed safely, on time and on budget. Kawartha Capital can successfully fulfill your construction needs ranging from five hundred dollar minor renovations to five million dollar complete design build projects.
The trait that has always made us unique compared with other contracting companies is our ability to provide so many diverse services. These services include demolition, excavation site work, sanitary and water main installations, concrete work, rough and finished carpentry and landscaping. Kawartha Capital does the vast majority of the work in house which creates savings for our clients through less sub-trade mark ups. We have a large fleet of excavation equipment and trucking equipment that allows us to lower costs and keep projects on time and on budget. Handling industrial, commercial and institutional projects, our work to date has left a long list of satisfied clients who continue to return to us for additional projects.
